This amazing studio, located near the scenic Madison Square Park and close to the majestic Flatiron building, can accommodate up to three people with its queen sized bed, with a classic iron frame, and a full sized sofa bed. Apartment building itself has an archaic feel, reminiscent of old New York, yet the studio is newly furnished with a modern flair. The bathroom is floored with cheery checkered tiles, the roomy kitchenette floored with dark marble tiling, and the remainder of the apartment comes equipped with dark wooden floors. The sheer curtains allow light to flood in from the large windows, and the windows themselves allow a charming view.

The kitchenette comes fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, flatware, silverware, and other necessary kitchen appliances. The bathroom comes stocked with an iron and hair dryer.
